Alito's Antitrust Record

The American Antitrust Institute has investigated on Samuel Alito's (Bush's new nominee to the US Supreme Court) antitrust record. The research concludes that Judge Alito's is not "likely to be a supporter of antitrust enforcement". It seems, from the summary of cases given by the AAI, that Judge Alito is very much in favour of a restrictive interpretation of standing in antitrust claims. See here for more info on this point.
