The funniest speech we ever heard at a competition law conference is undoubtedly the one given at the 2nd Annual Conference of the GCLC by Bruce McDonald on the differences between Section 2 of the Sherman Act and Article 82 EC. The conclusion is just outstanding:
"As much as anything, we have historically taken different philosophical approaches to our economies: Europeans are gentlemen. Americans are cowboys"
