The University of St Gallen has developped a web-interface that identify scientific repositories and indexes free access papers and articles available on the web.

Some interesting stuff came out when I typed the tags "antitrust" and "competition policy". A welcome initiative to add to your bookmarks, together with ssrn and google scholar.

Hi Damien and Nicolas,

thanks for witting about us. We will soon release a new "version" with citation and linking analysis features. This means a citation and linking analysis over about 1/2 million fulltext documents and 6 million authors. There should be a lot to browse and the search results retrieval should be optimized as well. Keep self-archiving out there!
