John Wileur is a competition law associate in the Brussels office of Covington & Burling LLP, a Washington, DC-based international law firm. His practice focuses on EU and Belgian competition cases, with a particular emphasis on cases in the high-tech sector and in the field of network industries (telecommunications, energy, postal services and transport). Prior to joining Covington, John was an associate in the Brussels office of Howrey LLP.

Since 2010, John is also Maître de conférences at the University of Liège law school in Belgium.

John holds a law degree from the University of Liège and a Magister Juris from the University of Oxford.
